Medical Science Manager Scandinavia (Clinical Nutrition)

The roll

We are looking for a Medical Science Manager Scandinavia (MSM) to strengthen Fresenius Kabi’s scientific presence and reputation within Clinical Nutrition across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. This role serves as a key scientific interface between the medical community and internal stakeholders and plays a central role in supporting evidence‑based use of our Clinical Nutrition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions across Scandinavia.

· Act as the primary scientific point of contact for external experts within Clinical Nutrition.

· Engage in scientific exchange around clinical data, real‑world evidence, guidelines, and emerging research trends.

· Plan and deliver scientific and educational activities, including workshops, symposia, congresses, and hospital‑based trainings.

· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access to ensure consistent scientific alignment.

· Support product launches and lifecycle activities with high‑quality scientific input.

· Collect, analyze, and communicate medical insights and unmet clinical needs to internal teams.

· Ensure all scientific interactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and internal procedures.

Your Background

· Advanced scientific degree such as MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc in Life Sciences, or equivalent.

· Strong scientific knowledge and interest in Clinical Nutrition (preferred).

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, Medical Advisor, clinical research, or a similar role.

· Proven ability to engage in high‑level scientific discussions with external experts.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex science into clear insights.

· Strong networking capabilities and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

· Ability to work independently across countries and cultures.

· Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

· Valid driver’s license (class B) and willingness to travel frequently within Scandinavia.

About the Position

The position is a fixed-term probationary employment that, after 6 months, may transition into a permanent position upon agreement between the parties.
